They are so funny about sleeping with their heads on "pillows." During the day when they are napping, Miss Eleanor and The Doodle Bug prefer to have their heads elevated. They love each other so much, but you couldn't tell that from these pictures.

Ready for Spring

I am desperately ready for spring. Flowers are probably my favorite subjects to shoot, but its too early in the year for them. I have this fancy new camera and a yard full of half dead, frost bitten plants and a ton of mud. I have been trying to think of a way to make the mud interesting enough to break out the Nikon, however nothing has come to mind yet.

For now I'll just have to be satisfied with posting some old photos of spring flowers. The daffodil shots were taken in Philadelphia, MS, and the tulip shots were taken in my parents' backyard in Madison,MS.
